Join us for a 6-week, gentle group experience designed for adults of all levels, where yoga, journaling, and mindfulness come together to support your well-being.

For teens navigating anxiety, identity, and social pressure. A space to express, connect, and feel understood.

For kids who feel big feelings deeply. This playful, arts-based group helps pre-teens understand anxiety and stress in age-appropriate ways, learn calming tools they can actually use, build bravery in trying new things, and make friends who get it. A space where sensitive kids feel capable — not overwhelmed.
Our group therapy programs combine the support of a skilled therapist with the healing power of creativity, expressive arts, and peer connection — helping people build coping skills, gain new perspectives, and discover they're not alone.
We intentionally keep our therapy groups small to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone has an opportunity to participate. Most children's and teen groups include 6–8 participants, while adult groups may have up to 12 participants, depending on the group's goals. We typically require a minimum of 5 participants for a group to run.
