I like integrating attachment theory in treatment. I believe that attachment theory allows insights about clients basic emotional needs and their ability to form bonds. Difficulties to trust and to form bonds are often markers of childhood adversity and adults mental health problems. Exploring the potential causes of current problems can help clients on their path towards healing.

I am a certified Master Scuba Diver with over a hundred logged dives, and I've had the privilege of exploring some of the world's most captivating underwater realms. Diving is more than just a hobby to me; it's a passion that has shaped my travel choices and enriched my life in countless ways. My scuba diving adventures have taken me to some of the most vibrant and biodiverse coral reefs in the Caribbean, the kelp forests of the US West Coast, underwater caves and geological formations in Central and South America, and historical sites in Greece.
