Hello, my name is Amelia Napolitano and I am the Client Success Manager here at The Artful Life! In my professional work I enjoy working with our clients to ensure that they are set up with counseling services and in my personal life I enjoy being in nature, creating art, and spending time with loved ones.
As Client Success Manager I handle a variety of admin responsibilities at The Artful Life including, supporting clinicians with their caseloads and filling their new client openings, managing and improving the practice’s client experience and ensuring client satisfaction, managing incoming referrals, inquiries, and concerns from our clients, communicating basic information regarding insurance and billing.
I used to be a clinician here at The Artful Life and then decided to take on this new role to help our clients and the company at large!
