I graduated from the Lesley University Dual Degree Art Therapy Program with my BS in Art Therapy w/ a specialization in holistic psychology, and MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy in 2023.

I pull from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, often using CBT and DBT techniques with art therapy to encourage individual self-awareness. This approach allows me to support my clients on their healing journey by reconnecting with the body, mind, and spirit, and empowering the development of self-compassion and curiosity.
