In our first session together, I like to take a warm, curious approach. I’ll invite you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, whether that’s your story, your goals, or just how you’re feeling in the moment. From there, we’ll explore how we can work together—whether it’s through creative arts, movement, or simply talking. My aim is to help you feel at ease and guide you toward the most meaningful way forward for you.

I’m a therapist with a deep love of helping people of all ages connect to themselves through their creativity. I focus on trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and attachment theory, but above all, I see you, your story, your uniqueness. I’m here to create a safe space for you to build skills, express yourself, and grow in ways that help you meet life’s challenges with confidence and hope.

I love animals (especially sloths) and love spending quality time with my two french bulldogs, Gracie and Shanthi and my 20 year old cat, Khaleesi.
My name is Reina Lovelace. My professional journey began as a conservatory-trained theater actor, where the magic of storytelling and expression first captivated me. I carried this passion forward at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology, and later at Simmons University in Boston, where I completed my master’s in clinical social work. Across the years, I’ve worked in community health, addiction support, and inpatient hospital settings, with a specialized focus on somatic therapy and creative arts practices.
With over two decades in the holistic arts, including teaching yoga and meditation, I bring a depth of experience that allows me to guide clients into practical mind-body tools. In my sessions, I go deep into these techniques, helping you foster curiosity, creativity, and a more profound exploration of self, so that you can craft a life that feels truly authentic and empowering. I offer accessible, evidence-based mindfulness practices, all rooted in the wisdom of embodied awareness, so that you can meet life’s challenges with greater resilience and insight
