  • We will start to get to know each other by discussing what brought you to therapy and what you would like to get out of it. We will discuss goals you may have and expectations. You can ask questions and let me know how I can best support you. We can explore the studio and make you as comfortable as possible in the space.

  • I use a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy. I integrate mindfulness, movement, expressive arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I aim to partner with you to build a safe, comfortable space to explore, process and build skills in.

  • I used to work at a boxing gym while I was in undergraduate school!

I provide a person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and use this movement background in treatment. I specialize in working with the perinatal population, people experiencing intimate partner violence, and people experiencing housing insecurity. I have worked with children and teens who are working to heal from traumatic experiences, have experienced housing instability and are pregnant or parenting. I can assist with depression, anxiety, adjustments to life stressors, women’s health issues, pregnancy/postpartum struggles, and processing and overcoming traumatic experiences. I work to meet my clients where they are at and provide a space that can foster trust and healing.
