Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit and take a moment to reflect on what you hope to get out of counseling. It's important to me to have an understanding of ways that you feel the most supported, and what we can do from the start to keep you open-minded and comfortable in the therapeutic setting.

For any of my sessions... expect the unexpected! My office is as much a place for wild authenticity as it is for calm vulnerability. An experiential approach to counseling can be a mix of trying new things and thinking outside the box, or it can be the simple comfort of a couch and a blanket. I'll meet you where you're at, and we can go from there together.

Traveling is a core part of my identity!
Jen here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I had the opportunity to complete my MSW at Salem State University from 2018-2020 with a concentration in integrated healthcare. My background is in therapeutic horsemanship and although my office now has four walls, my favorite age group is still the littlest ones! I've found that it is such a wonderful privilege to help my clients explore their identity, find their voice, and identify areas where they may need support to feel safe and successful.
